I'm currently working with Kelly on planning my wedding - which during COVID isn't an easy task. Kelly is wonderful - she has so many great ideas and is on top of every little aspect! Her passion and expertise for weddings and event planning is very evident and as a bride she fills me with so much confidence that everything will go perfectly. Kelly is an amazing planner, she takes care of everything starting from suppliers to reassuring you when you are unsure. She made my dream come true. She made everything look simple and she really took my dream vision and made it real. Kelly was an absolute lifesaver in the lead up and on the day of our wedding. She organised suppliers, the venue, our back up ceremony location when the weather didn’t cooperate and all the inbetweens. She really listened to what we wanted and turned our dream wedding into a reality. It was a pleasure working with Thyme and Twine Events to plan our special day. Kelly helped with all aspects of planning our wedding including budgeting, managing suppliers, drafting the run sheet, and ensuring all the details were in place. She took the time to meet with us both online and in person to make sure that she understood what our vision was for our wedding day. Kelly was also an invaluable presence on the day, coordinating with the groom’s side, the bride’s side, and also making sure everything was ready for our church service and reception. To say Kelly was amazing is an absolute understatement. We researched about 20 wedding coordinators and interviewed 3. When we met Kelly, her calm manner and thoroughness won us over and honestly her quote was the most competitive. My partner and I had already found wonderful suppliers and made a runsheet for the evening. But at 2 weeks out we decided we wanted to bring on a coordinator so on the night we didn’t have to worry about logistics. In the final lead-up to the wedding my family constantly heard me saying ‘Kelly is my favourite person’. The actual day was an absolute dream. Kelly was there as our suppliers arrived, she looked after everyone on the night and was the last to leave. Kelly seamlessly coordinated everything to make sure any little hiccups didn’t have an impact. We were so grateful to have her as part of our day.

Kelly is an absolute WONDER WOMAN! Her experience as an event planner/coordinator/extraordinaire shone through from the first call. She knows exactly how to make sure a wedding runs smoothly, and I honestly wouldn't have been able to get to my wedding day without her support and expertise. As an only child and my partner being from overseas, we decided early on that we were going to need extra hands on the day of our wedding, so after some calls with various coordinators I landed on Kelly. While I booked Kel as an "on the day coordinator" it was obvious that she knows how weddings work inside and out and she was worth every single penny. No fuss, detail oriented and with a whole lot of care for couples getting hitched, Kel is your go to! Do yourself a favour and LOCK HER IN!

I can’t recommend Kelly enough to anyone wanting to make their wedding run smoothly and stress free. She exceeded our expectations of what a wedding planner could be for us. From her excellent excel spreadsheets, venue walkthroughs to running around for us on a chaotic rained out ceremony organising all our vendors.
